Cornwall terrace, Regent's Park, London

Our remit for this project was to take out the existing gravel drive and replace with 100+ year old reclaimed granite setts with good patina which were more in keeping with the surroundings of this 50 million plus residence in Regent's Park, London

Commence the digging and taking away of existing drive.

Approximately 23 ton of reclaimed granite setts were delivered, which were then laid on 4/1 sharp sand cement.  Damp membrane was used as required.

Paving to gates, also included is a Stainless Steel Slot drain from London Stone Paving.

All setts, laid and pointed with 2 part resin from Romex Basalt.

End result is a low maintenance driveway that compliments the rather grand building and its surroundings.  Very happy customers and a very happy Chief Conservation Officer.
